The company are seeking a dynamic and commercially aware Technical Leader to help drive safe, efficient and compliant fleet operations while shaping the future of the business.
In this role, you will provide executive oversight of vessel operations, ensuring full compliance with the ISM Code, Flag State, Class, MLC 2006 and ISO standards. Acting as Deputy Designated Person Ashore, you will champion a strong safety culture, lead incident investigations and ensure continuous improvement across operational performance, cost control and environmental impact.
Working closely with the Technical Director, you will contribute to business planning, client engagement, tendering and contract renewals, translating strategy into operational delivery.
You will be a qualified engineer, preferably a Chief Engineer, with extensive sea time and a strong knowledge of maritime regulations, along with a solid commercial mindset.
This position offers a clear succession pathway to board level for the right candidate.
