Fleet HSSEQ Manager, Gas Carrier Fleet | Expatriate Package

A leading international shipowner is seeking an experienced Fleet HSSEQ Manager to oversee safety, quality, security, environmental and compliance performance across its fleet of gas carriers.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for fleet-wide HSSEQ systems, regulatory compliance, audits, emergency response and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will also act as Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO).

Requirements

• Degree, Master Mariner Certificate, or equivalent maritime qualification.
• Significant HSSEQ leadership experience within LNG, LPG, or gas carrier  operations.
• Certified Lead Auditor (ISM / ISPS).
• Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, SIGTTO, STCW, EU MRV and EU ETS.
• Proven experience managing audits, investigations and fleet-wide compliance programmes.
