CTO / Technical Director

Our client is an ambitious maritime venture seeking a senior engineering leader to help build and scale a pioneering business operating at the intersection of maritime infrastructure and vessel conversion.
 
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the technical strategy, building engineering capability, and delivering complex marine projects with global impact.

You are a highly experienced maritime engineering professional with 15+ years’ experience and a track record of delivering complex vessel conversion and retrofit programmes.

You will bring experience of:

• Vessel conversions and major retrofit programmes
• Shipyard management and execution
• Classification and regulatory approvals
• Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Working with classification societies, shipyards and key industry stakeholders

Most importantly, you will combine deep technical credibility with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
