A fast‑growing technology company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, scaling and governance. The organisation is expanding internationally and entering a new phase of product and commercial growth.

The CFO will oversee financial planning, forecasting, investor reporting, fundraising, and the development of scalable financial systems for SaaS and data‑driven revenue models. The role requires strong experience in tech, SaaS, fintech or insurtech, ideally combined with exposure to maritime, shipping or digital maritime‑risk solutions.
 
Essential Requirements:

• Proven CFO or Finance Director experience within technology or SaaS 
• Strong background in high‑growth or scale‑up environments
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations and capital strategy
• Deep financial modelling capability for SaaS, subscription and data‑driven products
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, AI or data‑analytics business models
• Exposure to maritime, shipping, marine insurance or maritime risk technology
• Experience implementing ERP, BI tools and modern financial systems
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA 

This is a high‑impact leadership role with significant influence over strategic direction, product evolution and international growth.
