This is a strategic leadership role responsible for workforce planning, crewing operations, regulatory compliance, agency management, budgeting and mobilisation activities across a growing fleet.

Candidates should possess significant experience within offshore, marine or vessel operations, together with a strong understanding of MLC, STCW compliance, crewing strategy and international workforce management.
