 As the Head of Liner Agency, you will drive growth and profitability of the business.

You will be the leader of the office in Djibouti, managing a headcount of twenty-three, responsible for both local partner and principal shipments and cargo.

With P&L responsibility for both agency and principal operations, you will look to make improvements to efficiency and reduce cost.

Having a commercial mindset and knowledge of liner business, you will use you experience to anticipate and provide proactive solutions to issues that may arise.

Therefore, you will have commercial leadership experience within the liner agency business, as well as an understanding of port and terminal operations.

As you will be targeted on the results that you and your team can produce, you will be calling upon your management and leadership skills and experience to succeed.

You will be required to live and work in Djibouti for this position.
