Earn £400 by referring a friend!

If you know someone who might be suitable for one of our permanent vacancies, simply fill out the form found on each individual job page.

We are always grateful for any support you can give and pay up to a £400 referral to you or to a charity of your choice should you refer to us the person who gets the job.

As long as we are not already speaking to them about the job and no-one else has referred them, you will receive the referral fee when our fee has been paid by the client and is non-refundable (usually three months from start date).

NB. The referral scheme is not valid for: vacancies which are being advertised on this website directly by the employer; or, for vacancies where we do not earn a permanent placement fee in excess of £400. Please do not refer someone if this would cause you to breach your contract of employment and please be mindful of data protection rules.
