FEELING a bit lardy? Need to lose some weight? Fancy doing something for charity? Then the Sailors’ Society has just the event for you – The Wilderness Challenge.
Sponsored by Lloyd’s Register, this one day event on Saturday 18th September 2010 takes place in the Cairngorms in Scotland. Teams of four will mountain bike, canoe and run (or limp!) through a truly stunning part of the world, whilst aiming to raise a minimum of £2,000 in aid of the Society’s work.
