Hats off to Colin de la Rue, who has recently climbed no fewer than eight mountains in aid of eight good causes, including the Sailors' Society.

For those of us who suffer from vertigo, there could be nothing worse, but Colin will be recounting his experiences at the Royal Geographical Society in London on March 3.

Colin, who everyone knows is the co-author on the number one legal tome on oil pollution, will be showing still and video footage of his climbs.
