Shipbuilding and related ship finance issues are on the agenda for the next in the London Shipping Law Centre's series of seminars.
Due to take place at Ince & Co's London office on April 28 at 6PM, topics for discussion will include the impact of the most recent legal cases, cross border insolvency regulations, refund guarantee deficiencies, the impact of recent developments on financing newbuildings and other topics. In the chair is the Hon. Secretary of the LMAA Ian Gaunt with, as panelists, Simon Curtis of Curtis Davis Garrard, Alun Hatfield of Clarksons Financial Services and Mike Stockwood of Ince & Co.
