IN last month´s edition we announced the arrival of five new members of staff here at Spinnaker. As it was August and you were probably on holiday, we thought we´d do it again, just in case…
It´s not so much welcome as welcome back for two of them. Sandra Sutton recently re-joined us in our Technical Division and former Spinnaker stalwart Eric Branson re-joined us from TradeWinds on August 1st as Manager of our Commercial Division. Previously with us for 8 years we were delighted to see Eric return.
We have also welcomed on board Lawrance Bresslaw, a seasoned recruitment professional who is taking over management of our technical division, as Teresa Peacock moves on to become Business Development Director. Lawrance, formerly MD of Angela Mortimer business ´HR Counsel´, is the nephew of Bernard Bresslaw, star of the well-known Carry On films. We encourage as many ´Up the Jungle´ references as possible until he resigns in a fit of pique.
With Ria and Siobhan, both law graduates also having joined us as trainees in August, life at Spinnaker feels very busy. We´d like to thank all of our clients and candidates, many of you now friends, who are keeping us busy and helping us grow.
