Clipper Group CEO Peter Norborg is to join Swire Bulk as its Chief Executive in early 2021 when the company demerges from China Navigation Co.
Swire will be established as a stand-alone company from January onwards, as CNCo will split their dry bulk shipping activities from the liner shipping and fleet management business.
