SPINNAKER veteran, Michele Hawkins, has been appointed as Director of Spinnaker’s HR Consulting Services business.
A market-leading global shipping recruitment company, Spinnaker has also operated a separate business providing salary benchmarking advice for a variety of clients for many years and formed the Maritime HR Forum in 2005, now the industry's leading source of worldwide compensation and benefits data.
The Maritime HR Forum has almost 60 members (shipowners, shipmanagers, oil companies and commodity groups). In addition Spinnaker provides a range of HR services to shipping clients worldwide including expert witness advice, employment dispute mediation, outsourced HR projects and talent management / career path planning.
