The picturesque Lake District in the UK was the hardship destination for our divisional manager, Eric Branson, last week. Eric was lucky enough to be invited to speak at the IAMI (International Assoc. of Maritime Institutions) AGM on the topic of whether (from a shore based perspective) training covers the needs of our industry today and tomorrow.
John Clarence and Gary Hindmarch organised the interactive and engaging event that brought together organisations primarily involved in providing education and training. The conference covered a wide variety of topics over the 2 days with leadership being a constant point of discussion.
