The agenda for the 2025 Spinnaker has been finalised with informative sessions and speakers agreed for the 2 –day event taking place on the 14 & 15 May in London.

The event will take place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City within the famous London Wall and touching distance of the iconic Tower Bridge.

Since its launch in 2006, the conference has grown to be one of the best-known events in the maritime industry’s calendar. Over 200 maritime HR and crewing professionals from across the globe attend the 2-day summit to listen to industry speakers and join panel discussions.

The event tackles topical issues on the to-do list of many maritime HR professionals and this year includes sessions on leadership skills, EU pay transparency, succession planning, addressing bad behaviour in the workplace, physical and mental wellbeing, Gen Z aspirations and so much more.
