We’re getting ever close to the publishing of the Maritime HR Association’s annual salary survey for 2016!
The Association’s salary survey reports global data for a range of jobs in the shore-based maritime industry which is exclusively available to participating MHRA members.
Last year the report exceeded all expectations by collecting 122% more member data than in previous years, therefore we’re excited to see whether we are again able to break our record in 2016.
Member questionnaires are in and over 60% are completely finalised and ready for analysis within the next few weeks. The survey will be published in October to Maritime HR Association members.
On publication of the survey we welcome new member companies to join to participate in the 2017 survey as well as purchase the brand new 2016 report.
