Spinnaker are supporting the search for a Program Lead (Electrification) to join a growing digital and sustainability-focused function within a leading offshore and marine engineering environment in Singapore.
 
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of electrification, energy transition, and digital transformation, supporting innovative initiatives across industrial and marine infrastructure projects.
 
The role will focus on leading electrification-related programs, supporting customer-facing digital solutions, and collaborating across technical and commercial stakeholders to drive project delivery and strategic initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support electrification-related programs and initiatives
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
• Support solution development, commercialization, and customer engagement activities
• Drive project delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Contribute to sustainability and energy transition initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional technical and leadership teams

 
We’re Interested In Speaking With Candidates Who Have:

• Experience within electrification, energy infrastructure, sustainability, or industrial technology environments
• Exposure to marine, offshore, utilities, smart infrastructure, or energy transition projects
• A blend of technical understanding and program/project leadership capability
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives

• Preference for Singapore Citizens / PRs, though existing Singapore-based candidates may also be considered
