Spinnaker are supporting the search for a Program Lead (Electrification) to join an innovation-focused function within a leading offshore and marine engineering environment in Singapore.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of electrification and new energy technologies, leading innovation projects from initial concept through to development, implementation and commercialisation.

Projects span emerging technologies including BESS/ESS, charging infrastructure, LNG and gas-to-power, hydrogen, alternative fuels and renewable energy solutions.

This is not a traditional programme management role. The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with end-to-end project leadership, working closely with engineering, commercial and operational stakeholders to solve problems and bring new concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrification and new energy projects from concept through to implementation and commercialisation
• Take ownership of technical innovation programmes and project outcomes
• Work across a broad spectrum of emerging energy technologies
• Coordinate engineering, operational, regulatory and commercial stakeholders
• Work hands-on with technical teams and partners to overcome project challenges
• Support the development and commercialisation of new technologies

Core Skills Required:

• A strong technical background in electrification, electrical/power systems, energy infrastructure or new energy
• Experience with BESS/ESS, charging infrastructure, LNG/gas-to-power, hydrogen, alternative fuels, renewables or similar technologies
• Experience taking complex technical projects from concept through to delivery
• Strong project/programme leadership alongside genuine technical depth
• The breadth to work across different technologies rather than one narrow specialism
• A proactive, hands-on approach to innovation and problem solving
• Marine/offshore experience is advantageous, but not essential
