Reward Consultant

Daryna joined Spinnaker in January 2023 as a Reward Consultant working alongside Lucy, Sandra and Georgina. She focuses on all Salary Survey work, Market Analysis reports and Information Exchanges on the Maritime HR Association and the Seafarer Employers’ Association. Her role is very data-driven, so she lives on Excel validating the data our members provide and then turning them into reports.

Before Spinnaker, Daryna lived in Ukraine where she worked as a Senior British Partner Coordinator at Business Link. She also edited and translated academic papers and began privately tutoring and teaching in English, which began during her 6 years at University.

Daryna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Philology from Nizhyn Gogal State University as well as a Master’s Degree in English Translation Studies from the same University and another Master’s Degree in Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. That’s three Degrees!

When she was younger, she always dreamed of being a Forensic Analyst, which isn’t surprising considering she comes from a family of scientists and a cast brain model was her favourite toy!
