Eleanor joined Spinnaker in February 2024, and works alongside David Tubb on the Finance, Sales, and Marketing desk. While this desk covers a broad range of expertise, Eleanor is specifically focused on building and strengthening the candidate talent pipeline for the Finance & Accounting division. Her dedication to sourcing top talent ensures that Spinnaker’s clients are matched with the best candidates in the market, particularly within financial and accounting roles.

Eleanor’s background is rooted in recruitment, where she has been actively involved since 2018. Prior to joining Spinnaker, she worked in medical recruitment, specialising in temporary placements for healthcare workers and general nurses within UK hospitals. It was during this time, in 2018, that Eleanor’s talent for resourcing was recognised, earning her the prestigious "Resourcer of the Year" award for her exceptional ability to research, connect with, and build strong relationships with candidates in her field.

With a natural aptitude for resourcing, Eleanor’s experience and skill set enable her to thrive in her current role, where she focuses on understanding the needs of both clients and candidates to create a seamless recruitment process. Her meticulous approach to talent sourcing makes her a valuable asset to the Finance & Accounting desk, helping clients find the right talent to support their business objectives.

Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys keeping a bit of her childhood dream alive. Though she may claim she can’t sing, she still loves a good karaoke session, proving that her passion for performing never quite left her.
