Jay has been working for Spinnaker since 2015 and currently assists Hayley Menere on the legal, P&I and insurance desk with their recruitment resourcing.
Jay is responsible for sourcing new candidates and building relationships with both new and existing applicants.
Jay graduated from the University of Greenwich with a BA Hons in Drama. When she isn’t speaking to candidates, Jay performs with a tribute act and spends her time doing all things arts and crafts.
