A 3-hour workshop which will encourage participants to share their experiences. Video scenarios and examples bring the key issues to life. Participants consider their own behaviour and what they can do to create a more inclusive workplace culture.

We all have them! Unlocking what they are and building better awareness can help us manage them.
How to engage with and move towards people or groups of people who feel marginalised.
Behaviour we notice which is not acceptable can be difficult to address. We will demonstrate and practice simple ways raise others’ awareness of their microaggressions.

This programme is designed for anybody wanting to learn about the topic, how their behaviour affects others and build an optimal environment for inclusion at work.
Cost includes delivery of half-day session by one facilitator plus time to align content in accordance with your organisation’s key challenges.
These programmes are delivered online or virtually in groups but can also be designed and delivered as bespoke programmes for organisations that would like multiple employees to attend. We can adjust content and delivery to suit managers and leaders where necessary.
