This role exists for a sales professional who opens doors, creates momentum and closes business.

The company is a long‑established maritime technology business, providing software across performance optimisation, regulatory reporting and operational intelligence.

Products are proven, customers are live, and new capability is being brought to market.

EMEA is a growth territory. There is pipeline to allocate, customers already in service, and partner coverage in Asia and Southern Europe.

This is a front‑line, hunting role with technical depth.

Sales cycles span owner‑operators through to senior executives, typically within fleets of 10–100 vessels. Average contract values sit firmly in six figures, with clear scope to build a multi‑million-dollar ARR.

  • Own and grow EMEA bookings across optimisation and compliance products
  • Convert allocated and self‑generated pipeline at pace
  • Operate as the commercial lead alongside technical sales resources

Ramp is fast. Closing activity is expected within the first quarter.

Experience that matters

  • Consistent high win‑rate in complex B2B or maritime technology sales
  • Track record delivering seven‑figure annual bookings
  • Confidence operating at CEO / owner‑operator level
