IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer – Cyprus

IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer | Limassol, Cyprus | Hybrid

We are currently supporting a growing international technology business in the search for an IT Infrastructure & Workplace Engineer to join their Cyprus operation.

This is a hands-on infrastructure and support role sitting within a highly technical, product-driven environment, supporting approximately 85 internal users across modern workplace technologies, cloud platforms, endpoint management, networking, and day-to-day IT operations.

The business operates across software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and connectivity-focused technologies, offering significantly broader technical exposure than a traditional internal IT support environment.

The Role
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s internal IT infrastructure and end-user environment, supporting both operational stability and long-term technology improvements.

Responsibilities include:
– Providing 1st and 2nd line support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
– Managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, and endpoint security tools
– Supporting onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management
– Troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues across endpoints and infrastructure
– Supporting VoIP/telephony systems
– Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and internal IT processes
– Assisting with infrastructure improvements, automation, and internal projects

Technology Environment
– Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
– Intune / Jamf
– Windows, macOS, Ubuntu/Linux
– Microsoft Defender
– 3CX / VoIP systems
– Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, VLANs)
– Bash / PowerShell scripting
– Ticketing systems such as Jira or Freshservice
