A remote Customer Success role within a maritime technology business focused on operational intelligence, vessel performance and voyage optimisation.
The platform supports shipowners, operators and managers globally, using data‑driven tools aligned to VMS, compliance and fuel efficiency. The environment is product‑led, customer‑facing and technical by nature, with Customer Success acting as the front line between users and the technology.
This position sits at the point where maritime operations and software meet. High enquiry volumes are part of daily work, with structured workflows and ticketing used to manage demand. Early responsibility centres on Level 1 support, with clear scope to progress into deeper technical problem‑solving and higher‑tier support.
Two hires are being made to strengthen global coverage and continuity.
Role focus:
- First‑line ownership of customer enquiries across a live SaaS platform
- Clear explanation of voyage optimisation and VMS‑based functionality
- Progression from Tier 1 support towards Tier 2/3 capability
This suits someone who enjoys being close to users, understands how vessels actually operate, and prefers structured, high‑volume environments over sales‑led Customer Success.
Key experience required
- 5+ years within maritime SaaS or maritime technology environments in a customer service/support position
