A privately owned, long-established engineering manufacturer is expanding its presence across Europe’s hydro power sector. The technology is proven. The products are already specified globally. The task now is influence.
This position focuses on securing specification-led business with hydro power utilities and turbine OEMs across mainland Europe. New-build projects. Refurbishments. Long lifecycle assets where reliability, environmental performance and reduced maintenance matter.
The remit is commercial, but the conversations are technical. Engineers, designers, procurement and senior decision-makers. Distributor partnerships form part of the model, not the whole solution.
International travel is regular. Site visits are part of the job.
- Grow specification-driven sales with European hydro utilities and turbine OEMs
- Influence turbine design and refurbishment decisions at engineering level
- Manage and develop distributor-supported opportunities across Europe
The background that fits is industrial B2B sales, ideally within hydro power or adjacent rotating equipment.
Bearings, seals, turbines, pumps or similar. Premium products, not commodities. Comfort reading drawings and discussing applications is essential.
Right to live and work in Europe without sponsorship is required.
