The Work

You’ll advise an impressive international client base on a broad range of shipping and trade disputes, including:

• Charterparty disputes
• Cargo claims and Bills of Lading disputes
• Casualties, collisions, groundings and sinkings
• Shipbuilding disputes
• Commodity trading disputes involving both soft and hard commodities
• Commercial arbitration and High Court litigation

Clients include shipowners, charterers, commodity traders, shipping companies and leading P&I Clubs, ensuring exposure to sophisticated, cross-border matters from day one.
