We’re partnering with a rapidly growing technology business to appoint a Head of Infrastructure & Operations to lead its global infrastructure, cloud operations and technology services function.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll take ownership of Infrastructure & Operations across a distributed international environment, leading cloud platforms, networking, service operations and infrastructure transformation while driving operational excellence and service maturity.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in infrastructure, cloud technologies, service management and global operations, who has successfully led transformation programmes and built high-performing technical teams.

You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership of Infrastructure & Operations within a global technology environment.
• Strong experience across cloud platforms, networking and modern infrastructure.
• A track record of infrastructure transformation and operational improvement.
• Experience leading distributed teams and third-party technology partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience within maritime, shipping or another complex, operationally critical industry would be highly advantageous.
