Application Support Engineer
Athens, Greece / Limassol, Cyprus | Hybrid | APAC Hours

We’re partnering with a global software business serving the maritime industry to recruit an Application Support Engineer.

Working within a customer-facing support team, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line application support, troubleshoot software issues, and work closely with customers to resolve technical queries across the APAC region.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver 1st & 2nd line application support.
  • Troubleshoot software and system issues.
  • Manage support tickets from investigation through to resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to development teams.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Application, Product or Technical Support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication.
  • Exposure to Windows environments (Linux is a bonus).
