Spinnaker is supporting a growing maritime technology business in the search for a Head of Product Management to lead its Product function through a major digital platform transformation.

The business is bringing traditionally fragmented maritime systems and services together into a modern, cloud-based digital ecosystem. This role will own the product vision, strategy and portfolio direction, ensuring the business builds the right products, in the right sequence, around genuine customer and commercial value.

This is not simply a roadmap or Product Owner position. We are looking for an experienced maritime Product leader who combines genuine industry/domain knowledge with a modern SaaS and digital platform mindset. You will help establish stronger Product Management discipline, challenge existing ways of working and create a more scalable, outcome-led approach to product development and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own product vision, strategy, portfolio priorities and roadmaps
• Translate maritime domain knowledge and customer needs into scalable digital products
• Lead product discovery, validation and value-led prioritisation
• Establish consistent Product Management standards and ways of working
• Lead and develop a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Introduce stronger discipline around MVPs, measurable outcomes and continuous delivery
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Commercial and operational stakeholders
• Support the commercialisation and continued growth of the product portfolio

We are looking for an experienced Head/Director-level Product leader with a strong background in maritime technology and modern software product development. You should understand the operational realities of maritime while also bringing experience from SaaS, digital platforms, cloud-based products or enterprise software.

The ability to bridge these two worlds is key: maritime domain expertise alongside strong digital Product leadership.

The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus, and candidates must be willing to establish a regular presence in Cyprus. Relocation is strongly preferred, although some flexibility may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
