This 120-minute masterclass-style session is designed for larger groups directly impacted by menopause. It delves deeper into the stages of menopause, coping strategies, and practical tools for managing symptoms in both personal and professional contexts.

Navigating Menopause Together. The 7-Week Menopause Plan: Group Coaching Programme

A comprehensive group coaching program for employees experiencing menopause. This program runs weekly over seven weeks and provides participants with in-depth guidance, tools, and strategies to navigate this life stage with confidence and clarity.

Small groups of employees (minimum 5, maximum 8).

  • Weekly 90-minute group coaching sessions.
  • Guided framework from the accredited 7-Week Menopause Plan.

Navigating Menopause. The 7-Week Menopause Plan: With Personalised 1:1 Coaching

This 12-week program combines the structured framework of the 7-Week Menopause Plan with individualized coaching tailored to leaders and employees seeking deeper, personalized support. This program also includes the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment by iPEC—an attitudinal assessment that provides insight into how individuals perceive and approach their challenges.
