Maritime HR Association members make great use of the regular Information Exchanges on HR best practice in the shipping industry.
In December, Spinnaker’s HR Consulting team conducted a mini survey on ‘per diems’. It proved to be a topic of great interest to Association members and achieved a participation rate of 53% – our best response rate to date! Thank you to everyone who took part.
The Association’s next Information Exchange, in the coming weeks, will be on the subject of newbuildings staff: locals vs. expats, contractors vs. secondees and pay and benefits strategies.
