As the Singapore Maritime Leadership Development Programme draws to a close, HR Consulting at Spinnaker has set the date for a London programme.

The inaugural Singapore programme proved a massive success, involving participants from across 7 Maritime HR Association member companies. Participants came from a range of disciplines; including chartering, HR, shipmanagement and commercial operations.

Each programme is delivered through 3 key stages:

1. Pre-programme assessment with Facet5 personality profiling – providing managers with a moment for self-reflection and to agree their personal development objectives to work on during the programme.

2. 2 day group workshop – focusing on ‘knowing and managing myself as a leader’, and leading and managing others.

3. One to one coaching support – three further 1:1 coaching sessions providing on-going support at an individual level to encourage progress against personal goals and embed lessons learnt.
