This sits at odds with press reports about the economy at large but is a consistently positive message from a recruitment industry business group of which Spinnaker is a member.

With some caution given the tonnage over-supply in shipping, Spinnaker can report similar positive news with vacancies up 6% in April on March and 17% up in May on April.
