What’s on the agenda?
The final touches are being made to the agenda but the two-day conference is set to appeal to our global audience, featuring:
- A key note speech from Stephen Gordon of Clarksons Research providing an overview of shipping, world trade and the world fleet.
- A compensation and benefits panel discussion on pay, reward and motivation in the shipping world.
- An interactive training session on shipping commerce.
- Practical HR-related case studies from members of the Maritime HR Association, including: Oldendorff, Thome Ship Management and Team Tankers International (formerly Eitzen Chemical).
Who will be attending?
We have delegates attending from over 40 shipping companies and from over 15 countries worldwide.
We also have recognised industry professionals and representatives joining us to share their experiences and expertise.
We have a small number of spaces available to those who are not members of the Maritime HR Association but are working in the shipping industry.
