The annual meeting of the Maritime HR Forum took place in London this week. Maritime industry employers compared notes on bonus trends, salary negotiations, treatment of expats, succession planning, integration, retention and engagement at a time when the economy, hopefully, is in the process of kick-starting.
The members-only event was held at the UK Chamber of Shipping in accordance with strict anti-trust rules. Acting as secretariat for the Forum, Spinnaker will, of course, be pleased to receive indications of interest in joining the Forum from potential members.
