As preparations are currently underway for the 2017 Maritime HR Association Conference with the NEW venue having just been confirmed (more on that later!), we thought we’d take a look back at some of the highlights from the 2016 Conference back in May.
The 10th Annual event welcomed 95 delegates from 19 different countries and over 65 companies were represented! Over the two days we saw member driven presentations from companies such as Scorpio Group who showcased how they used performance management to drive employee engagement and also from companies who work with the maritime industry such as t-three, Clyde & Co, MHG & Zurich.
The event was incredibly interactive and we saw many business cards being swapped during the networking sessions. For some members it was their first event – for others they’d attended every event since the Association launched its first event back in 2007!
