Since its launch in 2005, the Maritime HR Association has grown from 8 founding members to nearly 100 companies.
Launched as a means for the tanker industry to share salary and best practice information, the Association now includes members who represent dry bulk, shipmanagers, oil majors, commodity groups, containers, LPG & LNG, classification societies and most recently shipbrokers.
The shipbroking job family was first reported in the 2014 salary survey. For 2016 we expect to be able to report more job levels for the shipbroking family – from Trainee through to Director as we have 6 competitive shipbroking companies currently confirmed as participating in this year’s survey.
