Chloe joined Spinnaker in February 2023 as a Researcher within the Executive Search team. Working closely with Teresa Peacock, she plays a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent for a wide range of leadership roles within the maritime industry. Chloe’s position requires a high level of discretion and professionalism as she connects C-Suite professionals with clients, ensuring a bespoke and tailored recruitment experience.
With a BA in Sociology and a background as an evidence-based intern, Chloe’s passion for research has been central to her career development. She combines her academic foundation with over five years of practical experience in executive search, recruitment coordination, and facilities management. Chloe’s understanding of operational needs and talent acquisition is enhanced by her diverse experience across multiple industries.
As a key member of Spinnaker’s Executive Search division, Chloe assists in the recruitment of leadership talent globally. She specialises in identifying and sourcing high-calibre candidates for executive roles, particularly for board-level positions and challenging assignments in remote or unique locations. Her role includes database searches, online market mapping, reviewing applications, and compiling comprehensive longlists and shortlists using her expertise in Excel.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys travelling around the UK with her dog, Winnie, embarking on adventures that often include fun and festive costumes—from elf outfits at Christmas to
