In recognition of the talented women in the shipping sector, All About Shipping once again look to find the Top 100 Women in Shipping.
This year voting is in 19 categories alongside one overall award for the leading woman in the industry.
We encourage our readers and followers to vote for Spinnaker’s MD and Head of the Executive Search division Teresa Peacock as one of the Top 100 women in Shipping. We encourage people to vote for Teresa in the Maritime HR and Training category.
Why should you vote for Teresa?
- She has appeared in the Top 100 every year since the awards we launched 6 years ago.
- Active Board Member of WISTA attending the annual AGM in Barcelona in October.
- Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals
- Is an active participant in the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Women in Work.
- She is a member of the Maritime UK Diversity in Maritime Taskforce.
- She is actively involved in helping young people at school prepare job applications and mock interviews. She is also involved with promoting careers within shipping, with the ‘Inspiring the Future’ project, which connects schools and colleges with employers and people from the world of work.
The Rules
- Women may be nominated by colleagues, peers or organisations, and self-nominations are also welcomed.
- Voters can submit only one vote per category
- Votes must include a justification of no more than 50 words as to why you are nominating that person.
- Voters must work within the shipping industry or maritime sector.
- Voters must provide their company name, position, company contact details and a verifier within the organisation.
- Voting is limited to professionals from shipping and related fields, including legal, insurance, broking, regulation, ports, shipbuilding, ship services, maritime communications, IT, military coast guard services and seafarers.

- Voting opens: Sunday 1 February 2026
- Voting closes: Sunday 15 February 2026
- Results announced: 17 -19 February 2026
