Approved by the IMarEST and developed with our partner t-three, these programmes are designed to deliver sustainable behavioural change through a personal and participative programme delivered across 3 key stages:
- Pre-programme personality profiling (using Facet5) with one to one feedback;
- Two day workshop; and
- Follow on coaching sessions.
Open programmes – ideal for small companies or individual delegates – are run regularly with workshops taking place in London and Singapore. The programme can also be delivered in house, ideal for larger roll-out requirements and with the potential to be tailored to your corporate values and needs.
Annual conference
Senior leaders and HR professionals can take time to reflect and invest in their people management strategies overall by attending the Maritime HR Conference taking place in London this May.
