The Consultant I dealt with at Spinnaker is definitely a cut above the rest. Her dedication and professionalism to the interests of the client for whom she is recruiting for and the candidates for whom she is seeking new opportunities is unquestioned and extremely refreshing to see these days. She is not the typical recruiter in that she truly has the best interests of all parties at heart and diligently follows through, keeping all sides updated and informed, unlike the more typical “cut and run” which are seen all too often.
