Marine Manager, London

We are looking for an experienced Marine Manager to join a growing LNG company in London. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cargo operations and navigation for a fleet of vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage the operation of the company’s fleet of LNG vessels, ensure that the vessels are prepared to comply with the latest regulations, such as leading the implementation of SIRE 2.0 processes across the fleet.

Monitoring day-to-day vessel operations, setting operational objectives, establishing KPIs, and analyzing current operational performance trends of the fleet. Additionally, you will conduct marine assurance and establishes ship/shore compatibility for new terminals, as the company’s vessels safely call at numerous new terminals, including FSRUs, each year.

You will also need to ensure that vessels comply with Time Charter Party (TCP) agreements and other charterer’s instructions, including voyage orders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of as Master Mariner on LNG Ships
• At least 1 year management experience ashore
• Advanced tanker safety training (gas)
• Strong understanding of charter party requirements and performance warranties
• Familiarity with vessel operations, LNG/tanker cargo handling, and audit/inspection processes
• Excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills
