Our client, a leading international marine insurance provider, is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Transactions team in Hong Kong. In collaboration with their office in Europe, this team provides high-quality, responsive support to clients across Asia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in customer onboarding, maintaining client and broker data, producing insurance and invoicing documentation, performing KYC checks, and managing customer inquiries.
Ideal candidates will possess a structured, detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong ability to learn new systems quickly and a solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. This role requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese are considered beneficial. Prior experience in the marine insurance industry is advantageous, though not essential.
