Our client is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Specialist to serve as the primary communication link between the company and chartered LNG carriers. This role ensures voyages are managed effectively, with vessels operating safely and efficiently. The position involves close collaboration with owners, operators, and related stakeholders to address and resolve fleet commercial operation challenges.

Candidates must have at least eight years of experience in shipping operations within the oil and gas sector or senior deck roles, with hands-on expertise in LNG or LPG operations, including marine loading and discharging activities.

Applicants should hold a marine-related degree, a Class 1 Deck or Dual Engine Certificate of Competency, or a university degree in Navigational Sciences or Business Administration. A strong understanding of shipping commercial documentation, safety, health, and environmental standards within the marine and oil and gas industries is essential.Cross-cultural teamwork, interpersonal skills, and experience in marine incident emergency response are highly desirable.
