Tom Brooks
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Tom is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and has worked for Spinnaker since 2015. Tom works alongside Hayley Menere on the legal, P&I and insurance desk. He recruits into law firms, P&I clubs, insurers and shipping companies globally and has built up an impressive network within these businesses. He also counts being ‘Top Biller’ as one of his career highlights.
Tom studied Economics at the University of Essex and graduated with a 2:1 in 2010.
Tom is a qualified Rescue Diver and able to perform underwater rescues to a depth of 100ft. Similar to colleague David Tubb, Tom’s dream when younger was to be either a commercial or RAF pilot.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash and football and is an active supporter of local team Southend United.
