Nautilus International and Spinnaker Global are collaborating on a survey to assess shore-based demand for skilled seafarers – and we need your help!
We hope to update the industry’s understanding of the need for and the importance of maritime skills and experience for a wide variety of shore-based industries and services.
How big is the demand? How reliable is the supply? Is there a substitute for seafaring experience?
We’re looking to you help us to identify the issues and also to suggest some solutions.
The results will be published and will be used as a core part of the research behind a seminar on the supply and demand for skilled seafarers being held by Nautilus International during London International Shipping Week (7 September).
