Manage purchasing activities for offshore marine shipping operations.
  
This role involves sending RFQs, analysing vendor quotes, negotiating terms, issuing Purchase Orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  
You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet operational requirements, manage inventory, and track vendor performance.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RFQs, analyse quotes, negotiate terms, and issue Purchase Orders.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures.
  • Coordinate deliveries and logistics with the team.
  • Track inventory and maintain material and equipment lists.
  • Monitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationships.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and analyse purchasing data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in purchasing or relevant experience in marine/shipping.
  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in shipping.
