The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic thinker and effective leader capable of supporting the CEO and Executive Leadership while spearheading operational strategy and planning. They will excel in team leadership, development, and empowerment, driving proactive analysis of shipping markets and optimising fleet management.
  
With a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, they will navigate regulatory compliance, risk management, and crisis response with ease. Moreover, they will be instrumental in enhancing competitiveness through technological innovation and sustainability initiatives, all while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
  
You will be a seafarer who has sailed up to master mariner and possesses a minimum of three years’ experience in an executive role; fluency in Dutch is considered advantageous.
