We are currently partnered with a global shipping conglomerate headquartered in the Middle East but with offices globally including a growing office in Houston, Texas. Our client is proactively looking to bring in an experienced HR Specialist that can provide broad HR support for the office here and work in close coordination with the global HR team.

The role would be reporting into the HR Director and the role would be ideal for someone that has generalist HR exposure across employee relations, recruitment, payroll, policies and procedures, state laws etc. You will be responsible for maintaining HR programs, talent acquisition strategy for the Houston office and handling HR matter related to the Houston workforce that arise.
 
In order to apply for this role you should have a minimum of 4 years dedicated HR experience alongside relevant qualifications such as Business Administration or HR Management
